Who we are

This website is run by Sajna Hair & Beauty, with salons in Tooting, Clapham and Wimbledon, London. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this site. For any privacy question, email info@sajna.co.uk or call 020 7501 0001.

What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred salon and your message. We use these only to reply to you.

Job applications. Your name, email, phone number, the role and salon you're interested in, your experience, what you tell us about yourself and any CV or portfolio link you share. We use these only to consider your application and contact you about it.

Bookings and gift cards. These are handled by Fresha on their own website. When you book or buy a gift card, Fresha's privacy policy applies to the details you give them.

Chat assistant (Yasmin). Yasmin answers from information built into this website. Your questions stay in your browser and are not sent to us or stored.

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing unless you have asked us to, for example by joining our WhatsApp offers group.

Our legal basis

We use your details because you have asked us to respond to an enquiry or to consider a job application (our legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request), and because you have ticked the box on the form to confirm you are happy for us to do so.

Who helps us run the website

• Web3Forms delivers messages from our forms to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps it secure.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

These services only process information so that the website and our email work. Some may process data outside the UK, under legal safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and job applications for up to 6 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join our team.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers, for your visit only, whether you have closed the chat assistant's welcome message.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@sajna.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
